Indian Team Returns From Barbados: The Indian team was stuck in Barbados for the past few days. Team India, which won the T20 World Cup title, was forced to stay in Barbados due to the cyclone. The title match of the tournament was played in Barbados on Saturday, June 29. After this, the next day due to the storm, the airport of Barbados was closed and the conditions there became extraordinary. Now the report has come out that the Indian team has left for India on a special flight of BCCI.
According to media reports, the BCCI’s special flight bringing Team India will land in Delhi. This flight bringing the T20 champions will reach Delhi tomorrow i.e. Thursday at 6 am as per Indian time. Earlier reports had said that Team India would reach Delhi by Wednesday but this could not happen.
Hurricane impact eases in Barbados
Let us tell you that the effect of the storm has reduced in Barbados, due to which the Indian team has left for Delhi via a special flight. Barbados Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley shared some pictures on Instagram and said that she visited some of the most affected areas. This makes it clear that now the effect of the storm has reduced considerably and things are slowly becoming normal there.
While Barbados was spared the worst of Hurricane Beryl, the damage left is still staggering.

BCCI also gave a hint of returning
It is worth noting that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had also given a hint of Team India’s return through social media. The board shared a small clip of the World Cup trophy on social media and wrote, “It is coming home.” Fans are eagerly waiting for Team India to return.
