Bihar Politics: Assembly elections are to be held in Bihar next year (2025). There are still many months left for this but the rhetoric has started. Just a few days ago, former Union Minister and BJP leader Ashwini Choubey had said that this time NDA should contest elections in Bihar under the leadership of BJP. NDA government should be formed under the leadership of BJP. In such a situation, many types of questions were being raised in the political corridors. Now CM Nitish Kumar’s party leader and minister Zama Khan has given a big statement.
Minority Welfare Minister cum Minister in charge of Kishanganj Jama Khan while talking to journalists in Kishanganj on Thursday (04 July) said that JDU and BJP will contest the elections together in 2025. NDA government will be formed in Bihar once again in 2025. He said that there is no difference of opinion between BJP and JDU. When the elections will be held, we will contest the elections unitedly.
Attacked without taking name of Tejashwi Yadav
During a press conference at the local assembly, Jama Khan said that the amount of development work that was done in Bihar during Nitish Kumar’s rule has never been done before. However, even after this, some people are going to create trouble. Investigations are going on against them. Without naming Tejashwi Yadav, he said that opposition leaders make baseless statements, but their parents have also run the government. What was the condition of Bihar at that time is not hidden from anyone.
On being asked about the collapse of the bridge in the state, he said that strict action will be taken against whoever is found guilty in the case. On the issue of special state, Jama Khan said that this is our old demand. People used to say that there will be no caste census, but it was done. Similarly, Bihar will get the status of a special state. Jama Khan said that when Nitish Kumar has a hand in forming the government at the center, then the country and Bihar will develop completely.
