Lok Adalat gave order
While hearing the case by Permanent Lok Adalat Chairperson Urmila Gupta and Member Santosh Kumar Sharma, on the basis of complete evidence and witnesses, the insurance company was ordered to give 4% loan to the applicant at the rate of 7 percent annual interest from September 12, 2022. Pay Rs 36 thousand 175 within 30 days.
The court also said that apart from this, an order has been issued to pay Rs 1 lakh as compensation for financial and mental distress.
