To make garlic pickle, you may need some ingredients like 250 grams garlic, one teaspoon fenugreek seeds, one teaspoon mustard seeds, one teaspoon red chili powder, one teaspoon fennel seeds, three to four pinches of asafoetida, half teaspoon lemon juice, half teaspoon turmeric, 250 grams oil and salt as per taste. How to make Garlic Pickle
To make garlic pickle, first soak the garlic in water. Now remove its peel and let it soak in water for some time. Now grind fennel, mustard and fenugreek seeds in a mixer, now take a pan, heat oil in it and then add garlic cloves in it. Now add red chili powder, asafoetida and turmeric and mix well.
When it is mixed well, then add fenugreek seeds, mustard and fennel powder to it. Now add salt according to your taste, then cook it on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes. When it turns golden and is cooked well, turn off the gas and add lemon juice to it. Mix all these things well, take it out in a glass jar when it cools down a bit.
